Okay, so I’m getting fat.
I’m not overweight, I’m not morbidly obese, but I have come to accept the fact that I am a little bit of the heavy side. Sure I get the criticism and I don’t really care. I enjoy being a little bigger after years of being tied to a frail frame. The freshman 15 is a blessing (freshman 45 to be accurate) and I’m looking forward to do something about this weight. I can’t fit into my pants, my shirts are rising above my belly, I get imprints on my belly from my rolls, and it’s all good.
I’ll be starting a series of HIIT training to shape my ab-moeba (Haha, get it?) paired with all the fun full body workouts. Also for the first time in my life, I’m going to start a low carb diet. Not really a diet but just an awareness of carbohydrates.
